PRIVACY POLICY

1. WHO WE ARE
Denly is a trade name registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 42164902, at Pannekoekstraat 95B, 3011 LD Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email support@denlynest.com.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
When you order: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give one, and the contents of your order. We do not see or store your full card number — that is handled by our payment providers.
When you browse: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
When you contact us: whatever you put in your message.
When you sign up for marketing: your email address.
3. WHY WE USE IT, AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS
To take payment, send your order and deal with problems — because we need to in order to perform our contract with you.
To keep records required by Dutch tax and company law — because we are legally obliged to.
To prevent fraud, keep the site working and understand how it is used — because we have a legitimate interest in running a functioning shop, weighed against your privacy.
To send marketing email and to measure and target advertising — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders on our behalf.
Our fulfilment partner and the manufacturer who makes and dispatches your order. They receive your name, address and phone number because they cannot deliver a parcel without them.
Payment providers, who process your payment and carry out fraud checks.
Shipping carriers and customs authorities in the countries a parcel passes through.
Meta Platforms, if you have consented to advertising cookies, so we can measure and target our advertising.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
Your order details are sent to our fulfilment partner and manufacturer outside the EEA, including in the United States and China, because that is where your order is made and dispatched from. Some of our other providers also process data in the United States. Where we transfer data outside the EEA we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order and invoice records: seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, and then a suppression record so we do not email you again.
Website analytics: up to 26 months.
Support emails: three years from your last contact.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email support@denlynest.com and we will respond within one month.
If you think we have mishandled your data you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, or to the authority in your own country.
8. COOKIES
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site and cart to work, and — only if you consent — cookies for analytics and advertising, including the Meta pixel. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
9. CHILDREN
Our store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. CHANGES
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, tell you by email.
